The stay was enjoyable overall, with a great location that kept us close to many attractions. The staff were attentive and made sure our breakfast was a highlight of the day, offering a good variety of fresh options. However, the elevator access could be a bit challenging for seniors, which was something we noticed. Still, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

We loved visiting the Country Music Hall of Fame nearby! The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after our adventures.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom was cramped for our family. It would be great if they could upgrade to more family-friendly spaces.

missingWrote a review on Jun 22central locationdecent restaurantvalet delaysoutdated furniture
Proximity to downtown attractions makes it easy to experience the nightlife. The restaurant serves decent food and offers a nice getaway from the bustling streets.
The furniture throughout the hotel looks dated and feels like something out of a spooky movie, not exactly what you'd expect in a vibrant area. A major inconvenience was the valet service. waiting nearly an hour for my vehicle isn't ideal, especially with limited parking options available. Room temperatures were uncomfortable, with the A/C not performing well. dining in the lobby felt unbearable due to the heat. Despite the hotel advertising a swimming pool, it doesn't exist, which adds to the disappointment of the stay.
